You will work with individuals facing barriers to employment, utilizing motivational interviewing and goal setting to help clients achieve sustainable employment outcomes. A daytime schedule with opportunities for growth is offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the supported employment field.
• 1 year of experience providing job placement and job development services preferred.
• Background with adults with criminal backgrounds, mental health issues, chemical dependency, or homelessness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized job placement services through weekly meetings.
• Cultivate competitive job opportunities with businesses and employers.
• Communicate with diverse stakeholders including housing teams, probation officers, and employers.
• Support individuals to succeed in their new job through ongoing coaching.
