Job summary

Entrusted Advisors is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Paralegal for a long-term secondment with a leading global technology company. The role focuses on employment litigation, workplace investigations, and related employment matters, with collaboration across HR and outside counsel.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of paralegal experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree (paralegal certificate preferred).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in employment law, litigation, workplace investigations, or employee relations.
• Experience supporting employment litigation, internal investigations, or HR-related legal matters.
• Bachelor's degree is required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Corporate or in-house legal experience is preferred.

The successful candidate will support the in-house legal team on employment litigation, workplace investigations, compliance, and related employment law matters.

• Support employment litigation, workplace investigations, and compliance matters.
• Assist with discovery, subpoena responses, document production, and legal research.
• Gather, review, and summarize information relevant to litigation and internal investigations.
• Coordinate with HR, internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and legal teams.
• Maintain case files, track deadlines, and manage documentation and information requests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in employment law, litigation, workplace investigations, or employee relations.
• Experience supporting employment litigation, internal investigations, or HR-related legal matters.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and handle confidential information.
• Corporate or in-house legal experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Location: Hillsboro, OR.
• Schedule: 30 hours per week, fully on‑site, during standard business hours (8 AM–5 PM).
• Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension.
