A Publicly Traded Data Storage Company is looking for a lawyer with 5+ years\' experience for an ongoing engagement starting as soon as possible.

• Schedule: full - time

Qualifications

• Providing subject matter expertise for M&A transactions
• Completing all work dealing with securities disclosures
• Lead project manager for the company\'s formation of new Vietnam subsidiary. This role would be in partnership with the company\'s corporate paralegal.

Required

• Candidates must be able to work full-time.
• Company\'s preference is for candidates who can be onsite in Santa Clara, California.
• Company\'s budget for full-time work is $4,000/week.
• Candidate will be employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) for the duration of the engagement.
