Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in San Jose, CA seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Of Counsel to defend a broad range of employment claims and to advise employers on labor law strategy. You will lead complex matters in court, arbitration, and mediations, supervise junior attorneys and support staff, and provide strategic guidance on compliance, policy development, and risk management.
