Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Of Counsel for its Kansas City office, defending and litigating employment-related claims and advising employers on labor law issues. The role involves representing employers in court, arbitration, and before agencies, handling mediations, and providing strategic guidance on compliance and risk mitigation.

Ideal candidates will have a JD, at least 9 years of employment litigation experience with first-chair management, and current KS

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 9+ years of experience in employment litigation with first-chair case management.
• Current KS and MO Bar admission in good standing.
• Supervisory experience over associate and paralegal work.
• In-depth understanding of state and federal agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
