A growing management-side Labor & Employment practice in Kansas City is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join its collaborative and highly respected team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience who is looking to build a long-term career in labor and employment law while working alongside experienced practitioners.

The ideal candidate will have employment litigation experience; however, strong general civil litigators interested in transitioning into the Labor & Employment space are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
