Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate for a Kansas City, MO firm. You will defend and litigate employment-related claims, counsel employers on labor issues, and represent clients in court, before agencies, and in mediations.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA-accredited school, 3+ years of employment or commercial litigation experience, and current KS/MO bar admissions. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are essential.
