BCG Attorney Search is seeking a skilled Labor & Employment Associate for their Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in handling labor and employment matters including wage & hour compliance and discrimination issues.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Experience in wage & hour class action and PAGA cases is required.
• Desire to take ownership of work and career development.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in wage and hour compliance matters.
• Handle employment discrimination and harassment issues.
• Draft and review employment agreements and workplace policies.
• Advise clients on compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in dispute resolution including mediation and trials.
