Distinct | North America is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join its California team, offering greater ownership of matters and a flexible hybrid work model.

The role involves representing employers in state and federal courts, handling discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and other workplace disputes, and developing expertise in California employment law within an established national firm.

An established national law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney to join its California team.

The opportunity offers involvement in employer-side disputes, substantive client matters and the chance to further develop your litigation skills within an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent employers in California state and federal courts.
• Handle discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination and other workplace disputes.
