Our agency is partnering with a national law firm seeking employment litigators at several experience levels. Represent employers in workplace disputes while taking meaningful ownership of cases, working directly with clients, and developing your practice alongside experienced litigators.

Base compensation: Woodbury: $115,000–$160,000; White Plains: $140,000–$160,000; Hackensack: $160,000–$195,000; Los Angeles and San Francisco: $155,000–$215,000. Florida compensation to be discussed.

Work arrangement: Woodbury and White Plains: onsite. Hackensack: hybrid. Florida: hybrid may be considered based on experience and team needs. California schedules to be discussed.

• Advise employers on workplace compliance and risk, as appropriate to the assigned practice.

What you bring

• Active admission in the state of the selected office.
• Woodbury: 2+ years of employment litigation experience and a JD from an accredited law school.
• White Plains: 4+ years of employment litigation experience, including independent case management.
• Hackensack, Los Angeles, and San Francisco: 5+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Orlando and Fort Lauderdale: 3+ years in employment litigation, professional liability, and/or HOA matters; JD and state and federal court experience.
• Strong research, writing, advocacy, client communication, and deadline management skills.
• Wage and hour class or collective actions, agency investigations, and traditional labor matters are valued. New York admission is a plus for Hackensack.
