Candidates should have at least 2 years of litigation experience and be members of the New York State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Work on pre‑litigation matters and high‑profile employment cases.
• Handle systemic discrimination and wage and hour class actions.
• Respond to administrative charges and conduct internal investigations.
• Counsel clients on a variety of employment issues.
• Manage complex cases and take an active role in legal proceedings.
• Take and defend depositions, make court appearances, and argue motions.
• Participate in mediations and related legal work.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
