Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in New York, NY. 5–7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation within New York state and federal courts are preferred; admission to the New York Bar is required; New Jersey Bar and experience are a plus.

You will manage all phases of litigation, develop discovery strategies, engage in motion practice, and collaborate with attorneys across offices; represent clients from nonprofits

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Admission to the New York Bar; New Jersey Bar preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience desired.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, including depositions and court appearances.
• Develop and implement discovery strategies.
• Engage in motion practice and legal research.
