Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in New York, NY is seeking an Employment Associate with at least three years of experience to support a busy employment law practice. You will handle employment litigation, provide advisory services on workplace issues, and draft policies and agreements.

Ideal candidates have a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school, admission to the New York Bar, and a track record of litigating matters before courts and agencies, plus experience conducting investigations and training.

Qualifications

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• NY Bar admission or eligibility for admission.
• At least three years of employment law experience.
• Experience litigating employment matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
• Proven ability to advise employers on compliance matters.
• Strong skills in drafting employment policies and agreements.
• Experience conducting investigations and delivering compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour, non-compete cases, and breach of contract matters.
• Provide everyday employment and HR-related counseling.
• Draft employment-related policies and agreements.
