Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required and bar admission in Michigan in good standing.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and draft memoranda, motions and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and manage discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Advise clients on employment-law matters and prepare dispositive motions.
