Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required and licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.
• Minimum 5+ years of employment litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and manage discovery-related activities.
• Counsel clients on employment-law matters and draft position statements and dispositive motions.
