The role involves legal research, drafting memoranda, motions, pleadings, and counseling clients on employment-law matters, with significant client contact. The right candidate will have 1+ year of litigation experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work in a collegial, team-oriented environment that values

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor licensed in Missouri; Illinois licensure within one year of hire.
• 1+ year of litigation experience.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and manage discovery-related activities.
• Draft position statements and dispositive motions; advise clients on employment-law matters.
• Interact with clients, government agencies and opposing counsel to advance matters.
