Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree required.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas; in good standing.
• Min 4+ years of employment/labor litigation experience.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and manage discovery-related tasks.
• Draft position statements and dispositive motions.
• Counsel clients on employment-law matters.
• Coordinate with clients and opposing counsel to advance matters.
