Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to travel locally for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site visits and depositions.
• Admission to the state bar of Washington is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions and other documents.
• Take and defend depositions, draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Assist with trial preparation and trial activities.
• Experience with both state and federal courts is preferred.
