The successful candidate will perform legal research, draft pleadings and motions, take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and assist in trial preparation while working within a collaborative, mentorship-rich environment and a flexible hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Experience in state and federal courts preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.

Responsibilities

• Handle pleadings, motions, and other filings.
• Take and defend depositions; participate in discovery.
