Qualifications

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience including exposure to professional liability, premises liability, products liability, real estate, construction, business, contract disputes and/or IP.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities with excellent academic credentials.
• Licensed to practice law in Oregon and in good standing.
• Ability to handle matters within a busy national practice and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters across professional liability, premises liability, products liability, real estate disputes and related areas.
• Engage in writing, research, and analytical work to support case strategy.
• Collaborate with clients and team to manage matters in a fast-paced national practice.
