Job summary

O'Hagan Meyer’s San Francisco office seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join a sophisticated practice representing premier local and national employers. You will handle a broad range of labor and employment matters, including single-plaintiff and wage-and-hour class actions, within a diverse, collaborative group.

The role emphasizes direct client interaction, complex and high-stakes litigation, and opportunities for mentorship and professional development in a top civil

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Preferred experience with FEHA, agency complaint, wage & hour and other employment matters.
• Involvement in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• License to practice in CA.
• Low turnover, collegial and collaborative environment.
• Direct client interaction and significant responsibility on complex and sophisticated legal matters.
• Formal mentorship, training and development programs for associates.

Our San Francisco office has an opportunity for an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join the firm's dynamic and sophisticated practice representing premier local and national employers. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a wide-range of labor & employment matters involving cutting-edge topics and premier, interesting clients. This associate will join a diverse practice group that handles single plaintiff employment litigation, and wage & hour class litigation.
