Job summary

Jackson Lewis PLLC in Salt Lake City seeks an attorney with 3–5 years of employment-litigation experience to defend and litigate a broad range of claims. Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience; employment law background strongly preferred.
• Active Utah bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly.
• Understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork, along with ability to work independently on various projects.
