Qualifications

• Must be licensed and admitted to practice law in Utah.
• 3+ years of legal experience preferred.
• Employment litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and persuasive speaking skills.
• Ability to manage assignments independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong academic background preferred.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Manage assignments independently while collaborating with attorneys and support teams.
• Assist with all phases of employment litigation, including discovery, motion practice, settlement, and trial preparation.
