JFS and Associates seeks an Employment Litigation Associate in Dallas to join a nationally recognized, Chambers-ranked employer-side labor and employment practice. This hybrid role offers direct partner access and ownership of matters from day one.

The candidate will handle discovery, pleadings, depositions, and trials, with 3–7 years of L&E experience and Texas Bar admission. A growth mindset and client service focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Trial or arbitration experience; can handle cases independently.

This is a pure employer-side L&E practice (no insurance defense).You will handle cases independently, work directly with partners, and have real ownership of your matters from day one.
