Placements24 is seeking an Employment Law Specialist to join the legal department servicing the East London region. The role focuses on advising on all aspects of employment law, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, and guiding employee relations matters.

You will develop and implement HR-related legal policies and provide expert counsel to management and HR, with a strong emphasis on disputes, policy updates, and advocacy in labor proceedings. Hybrid work flexibility is offered.

Qualificações

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in Employment Law.
• Proven experience advising clients on complex employment law matters and dispute resolution.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor legislation and CCMA procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.
