Jobot is seeking a Partner Level Attorney specializing in Employment Law for our well-established regional practice. The role is based in Jacksonville, FL, with a path to lead a portable employment practice across the Southeast.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of employer-side employment law experience in a law firm, a portable book of business, Florida or Georgia licensing (dual admission preferred), and a demonstrated record of client origination.

• 8+ years of employer-side employment law experience in a law firm or equivalent mix of private practice and in-house.
• Portable book of business with proven ability to originate and grow client relationships.
• Florida or Georgia licensing (dual admission preferred) or eligibility to obtain admission.

Responsabilidades

• Originate and manage client relationships, including scoping, budgeting, and leading teams.
• Collaborate with corporate, real estate, litigation, and benefits groups to provide integrated employer‑side solutions.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for a regional practice across jurisdictions.
