Job summary

Interlink Talent Solutions invites an experienced Labor & Employment Partner to help lead the Fort Lauderdale office’s growth and be a key architect of this national practice. The role targets an entrepreneurial shareholder-level attorney to shape strategy, expand the Florida practice, and deliver senior-level guidance to clients.

The position emphasizes first-chair trial work, client development, and collaboration within a respected, nationally recognised Labor & Employment team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience practicing labor and employment law.
• Proven first-chair litigation experience across courts and administrative forums.
• A self-sustaining, portable book of business.
• Demonstrated ability to generate, grow, and retain client relationships.
• Experience leading or growing a practice group is highly desirable.
