Qualifications

• 8+ years of employer-side employment law experience in a law firm setting.
• Portable book of business with realizable originations of $300K–$800K+.
• Dual admission to Florida and/or Georgia bar preferred or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage client relationships, including scoping, budgeting, and overseeing teams.
• Develop and expand portable practice across the platform.
• Collaborate with corporate, real estate, litigation, and benefits groups to provide comprehensive employer solutions.
