Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Litigation Partner to lead and expand the firm’s national litigation practice. You will manage complex matters, advocate in high-stakes disputes, and build strong client relationships to drive growth.

Ideal candidates have a J.D. with an active license, 10+ years of substantial litigation experience, and proven ability to develop strategies, supervise teams, and oversee trial or arbitration proceedings.

Role

The Litigation Partner will play a key leadership role in the firm's litigation practice, managing complex legal matters, representing clients in high-stakes disputes, and driving the continued growth of the firm's litigation business. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of litigation experience, excellent advocacy and negotiation skills, sound legal judgment, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.


• Active license and good standing to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Significant experience handling complex litigation, including substantial responsibility for case strategy, motion practice, depositions, negotiations, and trial or arbitration proceedings.


• A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships and generate new business.


• Base Salary: $180-300k+, commensurate with experience.


• Additional Compensation: Annual performance-based bonus.
