Job summary

A Seattle-based boutique employment defense firm is seeking a paralegal with substantive experience in employment litigation. This hybrid role offers direct attorney access in a closely collaborating team and meaningful responsibility.

Based in Seattle with hybrid schedule, you will handle discovery, drafting, document productions, privilege logs, and deposition/trial materials while supporting management-side cases.

Qualifications

• Experience as a paralegal in employment litigation.
• Strong knowledge of Washington and federal court rules.
• Experience drafting discovery and managing privilege logs.
• Ability to prepare deposition, mediation, and trial materials.
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.

A respected boutique employment defense firm is looking to add a paralegal with substantive experience in employment litigation to their growing team. What They're Looking For

• Litigation paralegal experience, ideally supporting management-side employment defense (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour)
• Strong working knowledge of Washington state and federal court rules, filing procedures, and e-filing
• Experience with discovery, including drafting written discovery, organizing document productions, and managing privilege logs
• Comfortable preparing deposition, mediation, and trial materials
• Familiarity with agency matters (EEOC, WSHRC, L&I) is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines across a busy caseload
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
