Job summary

gpac is seeking an Employment Law Defense Paralegal in Seattle, WA for a hybrid schedule with a boutique employment defense firm. You will support management-side employment litigation and help shape case outcomes in a close-knit team.

The role requires experience in discovery, drafting written discovery, organizing productions, preparing deposition and trial materials, and familiarity with EEOC/WSHRC/L&I. Paralegal certificate or degree preferred; strong organization and deadline management

Qualifications

• Litigation paralegal experience in employment defense (management-side preferred).
• Strong knowledge of WA state and federal court rules and e-filing.
• Experience with discovery, drafting written discovery, organizing productions, and privilege logs.
• Experience preparing deposition, mediation, and trial materials.
• Familiarity with EEOC, WSHRC, L&I is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines.
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.

A respected boutique employment defense firm is looking to add a paralegal with substantive experience in employment litigation to their growing team. What They're Looking For

• Litigation paralegal experience, ideally supporting management-side employment defense (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour)
• Strong working knowledge of Washington state and federal court rules, filing procedures, and e-filing
• Experience with discovery, including drafting written discovery, organizing document productions, and managing privilege logs
• Comfortable preparing deposition, mediation, and trial materials
• Familiarity with agency matters (EEOC, WSHRC, L&I) is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines across a busy caseload
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
