Job summary

BakerRipley is seeking an Employment and Human Services Associate to empower Noncustodial Parents (NCPs) through personalized career coaching, hands-on case management, and barrier-reduction support within the TANF/Choices NCP Program. In this role you’ll guide clients from intake through employment success, designing tailored Individual Employment Plans and delivering job readiness services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR at least six months of experience with transferrable skills may be substituted for each 15 hours of college credit up to two years OR four years of experience working at Workforce Solutions and a recommendation from supervisor.
• Experience with career management strategies and job search processes.

In this dynamic position, you’ll provide personalized career coaching, hands-on case management, and barrier-reduction support to participants in the TANF/Choices NCP Program, guiding them from intake through employment success.
