The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and at least three years’ experience in employment law matters, counseling employers, drafting policies, handling agency work, and litigating disputes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and MA Bar admission or eligibility.
• Minimum of three years' experience handling employment law matters.
• Experience counseling employers, drafting employment-related policies, managing agency matters, and litigating employment disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of employment law matters including day-to-day counseling and policy drafting.
• Litigate employment-related claims from case evaluation through trial preparation.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
