Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

• Advise and defend employers in litigation and counseling matters.
• Handle retaliation and whistleblower actions.
• Engage in restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation.
