The Role

Remote Employment Counsel

You'll manage administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from intake through resolution, including:

• Drafting position statements before federal and state agencies
• Responding to agency requests and investigations
• Advising employer clients on strategy and risk
• Handling settlement negotiations and mediations
• Communicating directly with clients throughout the life of a matter
