Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active license in good standing in state of residence.
• Six or more years of labor & employment law experience.
• Experience handling agency charges and employment disputes.
• Exceptional written advocacy and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative agency matters from intake through final resolution.
• Prepare position statements, responses, and other advocacy materials.
• Conduct factual investigations and analyze employment-related claims.
• Manage communications with clients, agency personnel, and opposing counsel.
• Participate in virtual mediations and settlement conferences.
• Advise employers on strategy and risk management throughout the life of a matter.
• Utilize proprietary technology and internal workflows to deliver efficient legal services.
• Work closely with colleagues across the firm's national platform on employment law issues.
