Integrated Resource Institute in Lancaster, CA is seeking an Employment Coach to mentor and support individuals with developmental disabilities at their job sites throughout the Los Angeles County area.

The role covers job development, resume building, interview practice, transportation assistance, and ongoing on-the-job supports. The position offers a varied schedule up to 18 hours per week, with mileage reimbursement and performance bonuses for successful placements.

Formación

• Two years of college or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Job development and on-the-job support experience preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting people with disabilities preferably in community integrated settings.
• Strong organization, communication and writing skills; proficient with computers and online platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Understands and practices IRI’s mission and values.
• Demonstrates respectful interaction with clients and stakeholders.
• Provides mentorship and job development supports.
• Gathers information for individualized support plans (ISP).
• Maintains strong relationships with employers and sites.
