Integrated Resources Institute is hiring an Employment Coach to mentor individuals with developmental disabilities at job sites in Central Orange County. You will support job development, help build employment-ready skills, and foster relationships with employers and support networks.

The role emphasizes person-centered planning, PBIS-guided supports, and the use of digital tools for remote coordination. A flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting people with disabilities in community settings preferred.
• Strong organization, communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in the use of computers and online platforms; some remote services.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities at job sites.
• Assist with job development and creating meaningful daily schedules.
• Maintain strong relationships with employers and circle of support.
• Utilize digital tools to meet long-term employment goals.
• Document and report in accordance with agency policies.
