Job summary

Rise Inc is seeking a Job Coach or Employment Specialist to help individuals secure and retain competitive employment. You will collaborate with Vocational Rehab and state agencies to place and support clients with disabilities, ensuring accessibility and ongoing job success.

Candidate should be 18+, have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transporting clients; a background check is required, and accommodations are available in the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience/education in developmental disabilities or related field preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required; vehicle for transporting individuals.
• Criminal background check required.
