Job summary

LHH seeks a Lead Family-Based Immigration Associate in Texas to own a high-volume caseload of family-based matters. No billable-hour requirement and a highly flexible work arrangement are offered. Dallas is preferred, but qualified remote candidates can be considered, with bar admission in any U.S.

• Lead-level role with ownership of a high-volume, petition-heavy caseload.
• Bar admission in any U.S. state.

Responsibilities

• Manage family-based immigration matters with ownership and autonomy.
• Handle matters such as I-130 petitions, adjustment of status, marriage-based green cards, consular processing, waivers, naturalization, RFEs/NOIDs.
• Maintain a high standard of client service while meeting deadlines in a busy practice.

I’m working on an unposted search for a growing immigration practice looking to add an experienced Family-Based Immigration Attorney in a lead-level capacity.

This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who enjoys the substantive and technical side of immigration law and is comfortable taking ownership of a high-volume, petition-heavy caseload.

• $100K to $130K+ base salary, depending on experience
