Job summary

Law Firms in Houston, TX seeks an Associate Attorney with 4+ years of civil litigation experience to join its national plaintiff-side employment practice. This role focuses on wage & hour litigation, class and collective actions, and complex employment disputes.

You will handle plaintiff-side matters from inception to resolution, draft pleadings and briefs, participate in discovery and negotiations, and collaborate with senior attorneys.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of legal experience.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Wage & hour or employment law experience is a plus.
• Must be admitted to the Texas Bar and in good standing.

I'm partnering with a growing national plaintiff-side employment law practice seeking Associate Attorneys with 4+ years of experience to join its expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity for attorneys interested in wage & hour litigation, class actions, collective actions, and employment disputes. The team represents workers nationwide and handles complex, multi-plaintiff matters.

Compensation

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $270,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
