Law Firms in Houston, TX seeks an Associate Attorney with 4+ years of civil litigation experience to join its national plaintiff-side employment practice. This role focuses on wage & hour litigation, class and collective actions, and complex employment disputes.

You will handle plaintiff-side matters from inception to resolution, draft pleadings and briefs, participate in discovery and negotiations, and collaborate with senior attorneys.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of legal experience.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Wage & hour or employment law experience is a plus.
• Must be admitted to the Texas Bar and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff-side wage & hour and employment litigation matters.
• Work on class and collective actions involving wage and employment claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement-related documents.
• Participate in discovery, litigation strategy, negotiations, and settlement.
• Manage multiple matters while collaborating with experienced attorneys.
• Represent clients in complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
