Duties

Handle matters before administrative agencies such as the EEOC or state equivalents

Work closely with partners and clients on all aspects of case management

Requirements

5–7 years of employment litigation and counseling experience

Licensed to practice law in New York

Admission to New Jersey Bar is a plus

Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

Active New York Bar membership (required)

New Jersey Bar membership (preferred but not required)
