Career Team is seeking a Workforce Development Specialist ES to join our team in North Central Texas. You will provide Employer Services under WPA to jobseekers and employers in a Workforce Solutions Office.

The role emphasizes outreach, job posting support, event planning, and collaboration with the Business Services Manager to create placement opportunities and ensure program compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Two years of direct, relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with local businesses and organizations.
• Assist employers with WorkinTexas.com registration and posting job orders.
• Plan and execute recruiting and hiring events for employers and job seekers.
• Deliver presentations about employment opportunities and labor market information.
• Record and document services to ensure compliance and performance metrics.
