Qualifications

• Completion of undergraduate program in business administration, insurance & risk management or related field; own transportation required.
• Or 2 years of experience in public/private insurance organization providing consultative services to commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of assigned employers; consult on premium rates, classifications, rating, discounts and incentives.
• Contact employers to market, support and implement BWC initiatives.
• Provide loss control consultation to reduce premiums and claims; enroll employers in loss control programs.
• Review protests/appeals; issue decisions based on ORC/OAC/BWC rules.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve coverage, invoicing and discount questions.
