Job summary

Georgia State University’s University Career Services seeks an Employer Relations Coordinator, Lead to advance the campus recruiting program. You will build relationships with employers, create internships and career opportunities for students and alumni, and deliver programs, fairs, and panels that enhance job search skills.

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will manage employer relations initiatives, support data collection for the First Destination Survey, coordinate events with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications.
• Creative mindset and innovative approaches to career services in a large public university.
• Knowledge of career development for individuals with diverse student populations.
• Ability to train and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting entities and serve as liaison between students and employers.
• Support data management activities for Employer Relations and the First Destination Survey.
• Coordinate career events such as career fairs, panels, workshops, and employer panels; assist with orientation scheduling.
• Provide job posting and recruiting support using the career management system and participate in campus resume reviews.
• Represent University Career Services in state and regional associations and professional development activities.
