Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions (DWFS) seeks a Business Services Representative in Milwaukee, WI. You will develop and implement marketing plans and engage with local employers to create job opportunities and training arrangements.

The role includes coordinating job fairs, building strong business relationships, and delivering services through the Job Center of Wisconsin network. Non-exempt position with travel requirements and a wage range of $21.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience facilitating committee meetings and presenting to diverse groups.
• Proficiency with ASSET and Job Center of Wisconsin systems.
• Strong computer skills with word processing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of new Business Services programs and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to create job orders and other employment arrangements.
• Make presentations to employers and program participants about employment opportunities and labor market information.
• Organize and coordinate local job fairs.
• Respond to and resolve local business needs through the Job Center of Wisconsin network.
