Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum three years in customer service, HR, or admin.
• Experience in job development, employer relations, or recruitment.
• Experience with event planning and project management.
• Knowledge of regional labor market trends and workforce initiatives.
• Facilitated Career Development Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate employer partnerships and manage engagement objectives.
• Serve as liaison between employers, faculty, and programs.
• Assist employers with CRM accounts, postings and approvals.
• Plan and coordinate annual Job Fairs and info sessions.
• Monitor labor market trends to guide outreach strategy.
• Provide student-centered career support and workshops.
• Represent the department at internal and external events.
