Qualifications

• Experience in job development or workforce development.
• Ability to train participants for interviews, resume and cover letters.
• Knowledge of NYC labor market trends.
• Experience with data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Engage in biweekly employment services meetings with youth staff to share job orders and prepare participants.
• Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments of participants.
• Prepare participants for job searching, resume writing, and interview readiness.
• Complete weekly data entry and case notes.
• Design and create recruitment strategies and on-site employer events.
• Assist in identifying and developing services not currently offered.
