Job summary

Career Team, a leading workforce development organization, is seeking an Employer Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business services team and align programmatic requirements with performance metrics.

The role reports to the Deputy Director, will supervise staff, coordinate job development with employers, and drive strategies to connect job seekers with regional hiring needs. Onsite location in Deep East Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience and 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Knowledge of the WIOA program and workforce requirements.
• Strong understanding of local labor market trends and industry demands.
• Computer literacy with MS Word and Excel; able to learn specialized databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the business services team.
• Coordinate job development activities with employers to align hiring needs.
• Ensure programmatic requirements and performance metrics are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers and community partners.
• Support training and coaching to exceed employer expectations.
